Ora78 Platform Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and ora78 ("Platform", "we", or "ora78") regarding the use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by ora78.

By registering an account, making a deposit, using any of our services, or simply browsing the ora78 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. Ora78 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials. However, all reports of fraud or unauthorised access will be thoroughly investigated and immediate preventive action will be taken.

Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made using a payment method verified in your own name. ora78 accepts deposits via FPX (all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other online banking methods listed on the platform. Deposits are processed instantly in most cases.

• Minimum deposit: MYR 10 (or the minimum amount specified for each payment method).
• All deposits must originate from a legitimate financial source in the member's own name.
• Ora78 does not accept third-party deposits, cash, or anonymous payment methods.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your ora78 account. Processing times depend on your VIP level:

• Silver & Bronze Members: Within 1–3 hours.

Wagering Requirement

• Use of automated software — using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software to play or place bets.

• Attempts to hack or disrupt the system — any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Chargeback — filing unauthorised credit card disputes or chargebacks after using funds to play.

Closure by Member

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the ora78 support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, all active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, and any eligible balance will be returned via your original deposit method.

Closure by ora78

Ora78 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to submit the required KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• If directed by a legal or financial regulatory authority.
